1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by BWI (Build With It, "bwiremote.com", "we", "our", or "us"), including our website, remote accounting solutions, and remote staffing matchmaking, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Scope of Services
BWI provides remote accounting, QuickBooks Online bookkeeping, and full-time or part-time remote staffing matchmaking for growing businesses and CPA firms. Specific engagement scope, deliverables, and service levels are governed by individual client Master Services Agreements (MSAs) or Statements of Work (SOWs).
3. Client Responsibilities & Confidentiality
Clients agree to provide accurate operational information necessary for service delivery. BWI maintains strict confidentiality over all client data, financial records, proprietary software access, and trade secrets shared during an engagement.
4. Intellectual Property
All website content, brand logos, code, materials, and trademarks on bwiremote.com are the exclusive property of BWI. Client deliverables created specifically under paid service contracts belong to the client as specified in their Master Services Agreement.
